Tammi Harris advertised on Froggy Radio in Meadville, PA for Massage Therapy sessions. She was selling 3 for $99.00 and we bought 6 for $200.00 and made appointments which she never showed up to. We called her phone several times and left messages and then sent her a letter which she responded to, said her phone was not working. She scheduled an appointment which she again did not show up at. We ran into her at the store and she said she was sick and promised to call the next day and never did.

All you have to do is google the "PA professional licenses" and look up her name and find out her license number. There will also be a phone number on that site for state board of massage therapy. Call and ask for you to be sent a complaint form. I bet she would refund your money rather than have a complaint under her license. The state is required to check out the situation themselves. Let me know what happens. Im interested

Three days after Tammi Harris told me she would mail a check to me she sent a text to my phone demanding me to meet her that night behind her place of business. I responded that I had a previous commitment for that evening and just asked her to mail the check. That was the last communication we have had and I have not received anything from her. I will chalk this up to 'a lesson learned' and move on hoping that the money she took from me will change her life.

After many phone calls, a letter mailed and some back and forth text messages Ms. Harris agreed to meet to refund me for the unused certificates. She called me on a Wednesday and told me to call her on Saturday morning, I did, she did not answer and did not call me back. On Friday she sent me a text message telling me to meet with her Tuesday at her office at 5:30, I responded that I worked until 5:00 and I was 1 hour from her, could we make it for 6:00, she did not respond; I sent her a text message on Monday-she did not respond; I sent her a text message on Tuesday and asked if we were meeting and would she be able to give me the extra time, NO RESPONSE. I emailed the radio station where I had first heard her advertisement; which turned out to also be the email address to her boss. I asked for assistance in communicating to Tammi Harris that I wanted to resolve this. Tammi called my cell phone within 3 minutes of hitting send. She verbally attacked me, swearing and calling me names and accusing me of harassment and slander, I told her all I wanted was for her to either perform the services that I paid for or refund the money for the unused certificates. She threatened to sue me but said she would mail me a check.
