I finance a car from target auto brokers inc it wasn't 24 hours yet and I had problems the sales man john lied to me and said the car was in great shape.the back left Window was broke rearview mirror broken no Cigarette lighter plug in.it was making a rattling noise under the hood the back tires both was showing wire.so I was told to bring back the next day to change the tires.the front left one had a donut so they change that and put a 17inch line on the the rest was 15 inch so I came back the next day day change the back ones.they were all different brand tires I had to pay 30 dollars out of my pocket for 1 tire and it has a slow leak.they made me put my other car up just to get approve.had to pit transmission fluid in it.change the enegine oil I was treated unfair and would like to press charges against them so I can get my money back and sue them

Read closely the above rebuttal. Compare its sentence structure and punctuation to yours. Two things you should learn here...how to buy a car and basic english grade school composition.

#1.  You will be unable to do anything about this, as the car probably was sold AS IS.

#2.  When a car is sold AS IS, that means you MUST pay a independent Mechanic to have the car checked out from top to bottom before purchasing the auto.  If the dealer wont let you take it off the lot to have this done, you should walk away from the dealership.  An inspection by a Mechanic will cost you about 200.00.  This is well worth the money.

#3.  You didnt notice that the back window was broken?  You didnt notice that the Rear View Mirror was broken?  Did you even test drive the car?  You should have noticed the rattling under the hood as well.

In conclusion, this was your fault.  All of it.  You took the car dealership's word for it that the Car was fine.  This was a costly mistake , right?  You will have no grounds to sue at all, and no Law Enforcement Agency will allow you to file criminal charges, as no crime was committed.

Next time you buy a used car, be diligent, and be smart.  If that is possible.
