Norm Scott own of Tatan Management has frauded myself and several others in his dealings as a property manager in North Myrtle Beach and in Costa Rica. I contacted a lawyer and he said not to waiste my time or money to sue him, there are five people sueing him in front of me, and I personnally know of several more. Never deal with him for property management or realestate deals.
