No one said that the person responsible for the posts was terminated; you know how you spell the word assume right??? a*s-U-Me. The fact of the matter is that there are people who no longer work there because they made a concsious choice to go and more importantly still speak with those who do work there so in reality you've been duped again. The same system of delaying tactics, misrepresentration and all the other things that tax ready can "pride" itself on are still hard at work. Find a REAL job Florentina because you just aren't any good at P.R.

It would appear that a majority of the complaints listed on this forum have been generated by ex-employees disgruntled over their termination from the company. It's painfully apparent that based upon the content of the previous post, that a disgruntled employee has stated their opinion. Therefore, I would indicate that a majority of the complaints registered be ignored as the rantings of individuals that maintain they did not receive fair treatment by the company. Again, a minority has impacted the character of a legitimate, for profit business that prides itself on maintaining exemplary customer service levels to it's clients.

If you had any sense or any guage on reality then you wouldn't have stated that the refund must be in process since the customer followed the proceedure. There were clients that waited for their money for more than a year and only since the Federal Trade Commission got involved and the Attorney General's Office did they get a penny. If you are truly interested in your clients then you should look at the internal records of that sham of a company and realize that you too only have a matter of time before you too get screwed!

Since the complaintant in question has followed the procedeure regarding refunds their refund is most assuredly in process or has already been awarded. These complaints represent the minority in association with the company and it's overall record of service. It only takes a minority of complaints to make a company appear to be engaged in unsavory business practices. The Better Business Bureau has it's share of complaints registered right here @ badbusinessbureau.com. Therefore, although we applaud the efforts regarding the complaints of individuals who have registered their complaints on this forum, we would appreciate the opportunity to offer our perspective of the facts as they pertain to each and every case. Best Regards,
