Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Don't be fooled by rebuttal statements that Tax Ready will resolve problems of customers--or yet another excuse that it has been referred to counsel. Another ploy to buy time. I am lucky somehow my tactics got my refund IN FULL returned after 60 days of lieing promises by any Tax Ready employee you may stumble on when they do answer the phone, they flat did NOTHING but collect interest on all of our money. By a fluke after the their doors were locked suddenly on February 1st, 2002, they gave the Attorney General Of southern Nevada evidence of refunds on the complaints being filed against them in every agency the government had or anyone with a complaint form had. I recently received a letter from the Government stating their investigation with the Federal Trade commission is still VERY MUCH STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION and requesting information and complaints even from those of us who did receive a refund. I receive an amazing amount of email from unsatisfied customers seeking their refunds receiving the same unprofessional excuses, and a constantly changing list of new names of Tax ready employees as I am sure their turn over is enormous. NO MATTER HOW RECENT YOU HAVE BEEN SUCKED IN BY THEIR SCAM, go online and file a complaint with the Attorney General of Nevada AND the State of Nevada Business & Industry Consumer Complaint division immediately. Certify with return receipt any written correspondence to TAX READY. Once that receipt is returned to you they can not say they did not receive your request for the refund like they do the faxes. The only way to shut down scum like this that preys on honest people is to join in force and make sure the proper channels listen. Las vegas Metro Fraud division is another complaint place. they have a website listing the Man-Officer Orr who is in charge of the Fraud division and they only investigate complaints. The Attorney General will respond or refer you over to the State division for consumers who will assign your case to an investigator. If you are in Las Vegas, go into their office like I did. Remember the old words of a long time Collection professional "The squeeky wheel is the one who gets paid faster" or something like that.

good luck!!
