As a former employee of this company, we did have to pay for the background check. We weren't required to pay for the security card unless it was lost. We also had to pay for our headset. I hope your daughter will reconsider going to work for this company. I only worked there for 4 months and found it to be the most disorganized and unhelpful place to work. I was hired for customer service and didn't find out until after training that it was sales and little customer service. If I had questions, depending on how many different people I asked, I would get that many different answers. I was told it was okay to lie to the customer just to get them off the phone so I could go on to the next customer. I hope this helps.
