Maybe you didn't or couldn't read what our complaint was...It is not that we didn[t get the loan it is because we did not get the refunded application fee (when you don't get a loan in this country...your money is refunded and legitimate businesses have Always given us back the fee if you don't get the loan) In case you missed it, our paperwork all says specifice terms....all of them changed at the last minute AFTER we paid the initial fee and were overcharged for the land appraisal..Ethical you think? That comes to total of $750 from charges we should havea gotten back, our attorney advised us to charge for all the wasted time, his charge for advice, etc.... These reports will keep going until we get the above plus the wasted time and came within 2 days of losing the property because of this company TCRM....that is why the number of $2500 --got it? Hope you can understand this....When the check for $2500 arrives will let you know....Angry? I'd say... Not getting the loan is not the point..the point is...you set the terms and live with it...signed paperwork etc...and 2 days before closing EVERYTHING changed..it was a different loan...no deal...18% interest instead of the 12% (interest only) on the signed documents, lender would own 90% of the land? Daaaaa....and on and on... What does that sound like to you...? and they keep my money too when we signed for something completely different...Not nice....Will let you know when the check arrives, Leslie....Nick in Florida

Hello this Texino (the former stem cell scientist and now the Walking Saint of Panama) I am very sorry that it was hard for you to qualify for a mortgage, but that is the way the game is played. You might wonder why people make it so hard to get a loan for a house or property when you are paying them so much money over time and if you default they will make even more money quicker than they would at term. Oh well, as we Saints say "Oh well!' NOW TO YOUR PROBLEM: If you feel that the mortgage company owes you 2500 bucks, the place to settle that is at closing and that is why we always have a lawyer with us. You might ask. "What do you know St. Boz?" and I would say that I am responsible for an entire canal system where $2500 would not get a canoe to the first lock. So I must ask you, if you can't for see the incidental expenses involved in closing a loan, then how do you expect to get your boat through the canal of life? So stop sweating the small stuff OK? You will not get that dough without paying for legal assistance and I feel that there may be a pretty good chance that you just made up this amount because the lender put you through some hoops. In that case why are you wasting my valuable time? I swear you try the patience of a saint! Now get out of here and sin no more!
