So I've been fully re-imbursed. This is a common thing from tbbinfo.com and team beach body to charge people on their credit card for things they have not purchased. I just want to inform people to not give up, to not let them get away with these charges. I only got charged an additional 130. but some reports I have heard people have been scammed out of 400+ dollars. And they've already given in to the charges. Number one thing to do is to keep on the company. I called about 10 times discussing the charges and explaining that I was going to fight them until I was fully re-imbursed. I told them to review the original recording where I ordered videos. A week later I called back and they had reviewed the recording and claimed that I had agreed to all charges (HAHA) so knowing my rights I ordered they email me the recording. This is good to ask for because the phone call is recorded for corporate to look back on and they really want to see how "serious, knowledgeable" you are. If you can obtain the recording, you can send it to a lawyer and they can investigate. The company knows this and this is where they back down. I called an additional 3 times requesting the recording to be sent to my email. They promised me each time it would be sent with in 24 to 48 hours. Not ONCE was it sent. Finally I was fed up and asked for the corporate number explaining that I knew the customer service number I had been given was for customer service purposes only and they didn't hold a bit of power to do anything. The corporate number is 1 800 240 1068. I called, spoke to a representative fully understanding each call I had made had been recording expressing my intent to be fully refunded or I will have to file charges against the company. They promised the recording would be sent to my email once again. HAHA what do you know. They sent me an email. "Here is a file of your request for you recording." It was nothing, it was an email stating those words! They must think we are really idiots. No file was attached, there was nothing. At least the corporate officer who had emailed me had left her buisness email so I emailed abruptly, "Where is the &$& recording?" No cussing involved but I was pissed. I explained that this issue has been looked over by my family friend who is a lawyer and is investigating further into this issue. Not saying it was false, not saying it was true, but hey *wink* it worked. I also explained that if I am not fully refunded from the false charges the BBB will directly investigate this issue on team beach body. I don't care if this company, tbbinfo.com has charged you 50 cents. Fight this issue. It was completely intentional. I did recieve a full recording of my original phone call once the lady immediatley emailed back saying the charges were to be credited back to my account immediatley because of the "severity of the issue". The lady mumbled something, "I'm sorry I didn't send the recording, the email...blah..." It was nuts. I saved the emails, the voicemails and would love to use it against this company. I'm no fool. I wont be ripped off. Especially not in these times. Do what you have to do to protect yourself and your family. I will recommend, do a step by step. Call the basic customer service number. Complain about the charges. *be nice, they're only representatives probably making minimum wage and ALWAYS remember your phone calls are always recorded. You want to sound as intelligable on the calls as you would in a murder trial. Request a recording of your initial phone call immediatley. Wait a few days. In a few days, if you have not yet recieved the email, Call again and complain. A few days after that, (remember buisness days) request again. If you requested 3 times and complained on your charges then request the corporate number. Make sure they realize you're more than ready to fight for your charges, in a civil lawful way. Call the corporate number. Express the times you have called and complain. Request the recording once again explaining you plan to have your lawyer or family lawyer look over the issue. Now. If you have yet to see or recieve the recording, email a corporate associate explaining the issue. Explaining that the BBB will investigate including your family lawyer. If they send the recording right away*, send an email to corporate (you can call for corporate number or email), explaining the same issue expressing you will not agree to these charges and will fight them with your family lawyer. But go step to step. Because when corporate recieves your email, better believe they're first going to review your calls and listen to your credibility on those phone calls. If it is serious, they might ablige. But don't stop fighting this issue. It took me over 2 months. But I got the money back! And now I can afford the dress to be a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding. I'm no fool, you're no fool. I really should be a lawyer, I'm too passionate to stick it to these people for what they're doing.
