tech-helpline.com EZ PC LLC1-844-567-5237 Called demanding that they sent me $1500 and that I needed to send them $1000 back and will not stop calling...locked me out of my computer and email Internet
They called me 3 year\s ago asking me questions about my computer and telling me that they could fix it for $300 and I sent it to them. I gave them control of my computer and they said they fixed it. They 6 months ago they wanted a renewal of $400 to renew the contract, which I did.\
Then, Wed (Sep 13, 2017) a guy called, saying he was taking over the company and that he had inadvently put $1500 in my account and he showed me the transfer. He asked if I would please send him back $1000 and to keep the other $500. I called a friend and he told me to hang up and to disconnect my computer which I did.
He looked at the computer and this guy had done nothing but put a bunch of junk software on my computer and used my computer for his own use ( I am gone all day and the computer and wifi are on)
My friend found the files this guy used for his smoke and mirrors to make it look like he had transferred $1500.
