TectPro Corp False Warrantee, No Customer Service, misrepresentations San Ramon California
This guy installed security camera system for me. The sytem did not work more than 15 days max. He gave one year warrantee before installation but did not honor it.
I talked to him three for time said he will take care of the system but never did.
Stop returning my phone calls. His name is Charlie Chung. I have also sent him emails but no answer. I paid him $9000.00 and got garbage in return.
Do not give this guy any business you will be sorry.
