We were advised by Heather, a representative from Tandem Prospecting, your company could schedule 500 appointments in one calendar week. In which I have an email confirming this (SEE BELOW). Payment was made (regardless if it was through our merchant account Pay Pal or through another merchant account it's no relevance); you received $2000.00 to provide services in which a representative from your company made us believe. We did not receive anywhere near our order request. Let me explain Angel in case you are not aware we both run a high risk business in which we must provide the services in which we advertise. Appointments are not only supposed to be top quality, but orders need to be completed. I understand your billing practices are different than ours, however I believe agents would benefit more from paying per appointments. We were assured by your representative from your company Heather 500 appointments could be scheduled. We did receive a call from you as well (after payment was made) with the same confirmation. You sent an email after T21 paid for services giving us a different report of how services would be rendered (meaning price). Regardless, we hung in there to see what type of quality service we would receive. T21 even went far as to supplying TANDEM PROSPECTING with paid leads and a script. Regardless our agents were not only complaining of the incomplete schedules (thanks to Tandem Prospecting's organization); but we have received many complaints about the quality of the appointments (were not expecting them or pre-screened, etc) As a fellow Telemarketing firm, I expect you Angel, to verify if the appointments are quality appointments as well as orders completed and you did not do so. Why would anyone pay for services in which were not rendered? We have supporting documentation that will hold up legally. Also after checking around, we found out you do not run a legitimate business, you change your company name constantly and your previous website is no longer running under Tandem Telemarketing. What is your new company now Angel I wonder? Jennifer Opra _________________________ From: Heather Sent: Thursday, January 10, 2008 12:29 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Telemarketing Services Order Form Yes they can listen to the callers. But for the most part that won't be a concern; Yes we can replace the appointment if needed. We do not have a specific policy in place but can replace the lead if needed, though there should not be a need to do so. A replacable appointment would be an appointment where the contact says they never set the appointment and where the agent that set' the appointment did not in fact do so, in which case they would be terminated and you would get one to replace the appointment. Another question if an agent complains about the appointment not being set I understand you digitally record everything, which is great. Would we be able to listen to them if needed to confirm or have the agent listen and verify? I also need to know if your company has a replacement policy if so what is a replaceable appointment. We need to know so we can change our replacement policy to fit with yours in case an agent runs into a bad appointment. Thanks Heather for your help.
