Complaint Review: Teleteria - New York New York

The article below will point out many facets of servidio that intail lying,deceit,racisim,foul language,anger and total disrespect for anyone he has to deal with. Below is a complaint that was filed with the greenwich police department, which I think it is important for all of us to see just what type of RAT we are dealing with here. [THERE IS MORE OF THIS TO COME] I noticed he moved from Heritage Hill Rd in 03' and refinanced the new place in 04' on Richmond Hill RD through a bank [NAME EDITED OUT]. I WOULD IMAGINE HE MOVED AROUND THE TIME THE CRAP HIT THE FAN WITH OTHERS AS WELL AS MYSELF. I talked to the tax division today to aquire information, as well as the New Canaan police department [it's public information for anyone to view]and found out some interesting things about servidio. Does he talk like this around the children...maybe someone should contact CPS...as he is marketing and distributing pornographic material in his home and who knows where the kids are....I wonder if the school district or even the principal of the school is aware of servidio's/teleteria's dirty doings. I wonder what the ASACP would say about this or other related agencies would say. [I will bet someone is going to report this....but who?] As robert wrote you really have to feel for children that have parents like this...to allow the foul language and porn in the same house, in my honest opinion this is a crime and could be against the law. It seems the more we overturn rocks, we find servidio and teleteria...... Well back to contacting authorities. It was agreed that I would be working part-time at an hourly rate of $12.00 plus commission. On October, 27 2003 I arrived at Jay Servidio's residence where I would be working. After spending only 20 minutes with Mr. Servidio I come to find out that this is a telemarketing job selling pornographic websites. This is nothing like what I had been told in the interview. Both Mr. Servidio and his wife Carol had told me that this position entailed selling website development and hosting services via e-mail and telephone. Granted I did find this material offensive but I consulted with my fianc on the issue being that I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable and I decided to continue with the position. On Wednesday, October, 29 2003 Mr. Servidio had told me he would be in New York City for a meeting with a client and to call him on my way to his house. I called Mr. Servidio and left a message on his cellular phone. Mr. Servidio called me back about 15 minutes later telling me that he was going to be awhile and not to bother coming in. At this point I turned around and headed home after driving from Greenwich to Stamford where I turned around. Later that evening I received an e-mail stating: NAME EDITED, I spoke to Carol again and were sorry but due to your decision today to notshow up for workwe can not work with you. You just blew a terrific opportunity. I responded to this e-mail asking them to reconsider as I have been out of work some time and needed the job. With this he responded telling me to come back to work the next day Thursday, October, 30 2003. The day went somewhat smoothly but I got no explanation from Mr. Servidio as to why they had decided to fire me and then re-hire me after he was the one that told me not to come into work. During that day Mr. Servidio was on the phone with Bob's Furniture screaming at a customer service representative about how their employee's harassed his babysitter. He consistently used profanity and racist remarks on the phone until the representative terminated the phone call. I then was basically told how blacks are disgusting people and shouldn't be allowed to work with people although much harsher terms were used by Mr. Servidio. I didn't respond to these remarks as I felt uncomfortable enough already. On the morning of Friday, October, 31 2004 I got an e-mail telling me not to come in to work because Carol needed her desk which I had been using. I didn't think too much about it until I got another e-mail on the morning of Monday, November 3, 2003 stating that I should not come into work because of what happened last week. At this point in time I still have no clue other than he is looking for an excuse to fire me and not pay me although the e-mail stated that Carol would be paying me for the time worked. My fianc was furious and wrote him an e-mail which is included with the rest of the e-mails in this envelope in sequential order. Within the hour I received a voicemail on my mobile phone from Mr. Servidio stating that I had made a very big mistake which I believed to be threatening from the tone of his voice and his use of words. He then proceeded to forward the e-mail my fianc had written to her boss at NAME EDITED OUT. following up with a phone call to the owner of the company telling him to fire her. The owner is NAME EDITED OUT and thoroughly read the e-mail which he believed was no grounds for termination nor was it how Mr. Servidio had been making it out to be. I e-mailed Mr. Servidio telling him to mail my check and cease all contact with me or anyone I know. He responded via e-mail telling me that he will not be paying me. I then followed up making a report with the Greenwich Police Department because of the voicemail he had left me which I believed to be threatening. I was also informed on Wednesday, November, 5 2003 by my fianc that she had discovered a voicemail left by Mr. Servidio late in the day Monday, November, 3 2003 that was also seemingly threatening and used quite foul language. The Greenwich Police Department was also informed of this message and they proceeded to call him telling him to cease contact immediately or be arrested. Never in my life have I had an experience such as this nor do I ever want to go through this again. I can't comprehend how someone could run a business or treat employees in the manner I was treated. Please look into this business and do what you can about the salary he owes me for 13 hours of work. He uses multiple addresses; I worked out of his condo in New Canaan. Yes you heard it correct...anyone running a business from your home requires "permission" from the planning and zoning department and has to obtain a permit and abide by the terms set forth by the planning and zoning department of New Caanan CT. Check this out::::Q and A Do I need a permit for a business in my home? Yes, you will need permission from the planning and zoning commission. There are restrictions on the number of employees and hours of operations. A site plan and public hearing will also be needed prior to approval. I will bet that the guidelines mentioned above have not been met, along with the fact that I don't think they will allow you to run a pornographic business from your home while living in a co-op housing community. These matters are now being looked into for the protection of the co-op housing community and the planning and zoning department. I have placed a call to the zoning department and have sent emails to obtain necessary information regarding this matter. I wonder what catagory porno falls under in the zoning commission......I wonder what other violations teleteria/servidio are commiting, robert you may be right about the IRS thing and we will have to check into that.... I know he made us send a $2000.00 check made out in his name and not teleteria and when I threatened to turn him in to IRS I got a check for $2000.00....this raises red flags now that you have brought it up....and I will bet your right Robert.

Robert, excellent post. I gave up getting my money back from him a long time ago. I would definately settle for putting this creep out of business, in jail would be a bonus. I would visit him in jail, just to see the look on his face. Count me in on any class action suit. I am currently preparing letters (or emails) to send to the DA and the FBI agent you mentioned. I have been corresponding with Mike Murry, who also mentioned the possibility of notifying his condo board, I'm sure they would have a few things to say about his business.
