You are so right. And those of us who have been here for awhile, and try to keep our little area quiet and under control are met with more scrutiny from management and the "off duty" Phoenix PD who patrol until 9 pm. I have noticed that many of the new trouble makers are new employees who have moved in!

One of my neighbors is the new GM's brother (according to rumor). He and his roommates are among the most rude, inconsideate bunch of idiots I've ever seen. They are the people who drive around in the grass at night, think nothing of parking the trailer they moved with on the grassy field over night and into the next day, and speed through the parking lot. They are also those who have music blasting at all hours, come in, in the middle of the night laughing and cutting up - drunk. But since it is the new manager's brother - we aren't allowed to complain about it. If we do - no solution is offered and they get even more obnoxious for a couple of days.

My lease is up within the next couple of months. I definitely will not be renewing the lease. The neighbor who was confronted by the drunk GM last week has been told that her lease will not be renewed. They were among the people who have tried to keep things quiet around here. Unfortunately, the GM's brother (the trouble maker) lives upstairs from her. I think they weren't renewed because they complained too much about all the things that have been going on around here lately!! Somehow I get the distinct idea that if the rest of us were to start complaining - no improvements would be made - just more evictions or elections not to renew. That seems to be the mentality around here lately.

Again, I would urge anyone looking for an apartment in the North Phoenix area to AVOID TERRACINA like the plague. It is definitely in your best interest to look elsewhere for a place to live. Management will not care about your complaints, your apartment maintenance, or your concerns.
