Terrence Paulin ripoff artist who stole $31,000 from me and my daughter rip off scam con artists Forest Hill Forest Hill Maryland
Terence was referred to me as someone who could raise money. I was involved in a business deal and needed someone to invest money. He came to my house and said that he would invest but his funds were being held up until he paid a $20,000 bank fee.
He used his cell phone to call his bank and punch in his code. The voice on the other end said that his bank balance was $12 Million Dollars. He said that if I could loan him $20,000 for ten days he would pay me back $24,000 and help me with my business project. I called my daughter and suggested that she loan him the money for such a good return.
Weeks passed and no money was being repaid. He kept saying that his bank account was frozen temporarily and that he could not even pay his bills. Since I am a Christian Man who wants to help others out, I loaned him another $11,000 to pay his mortgage, health insurance, buy food, cell phone, and other expenses. All of the time he is telling me that his account will be freed up any day.
After 30 days he comes to my house and shows me a bank deposit slip where $250,000 had been deposited into his account. He then writes me two checks (one for $24,000 and one for $11,000) Both checks bounced and he has yet to pay us any money. The law enforcement officials say it is a civil matter and he must be sued.
He already filed bankruptcy 3 years ago because someone sued him for a $10,000 loan he did not repay. I have talked to others that he pulled this same scheme on and he has written over $85,000 in bad checks over the past 24 months. He even ripped his wifes god mother off for $1500. This man is a thief.
