Texas Hydroponics and Organics Tommy Boy Sells cheap products made from China, inferior customer service, staff has bad attitude , shady atmoshere. BEWARE! dallas, Texas
Store is large, but when you pull up there is barbed wire and fences like its a prison of some sort. The employees look wasted and look as if they belong in a rave or a circus. I talked to the owner TOM and bought PHANTOM X Reflectors ( beware he still sells them) I bought six of them and all FIVE of them eventually burned out within 3-6 months of use. The cord actually burned black where the socket attaches. Every thing was installed by a certified electrician and later a different electrician say it was due to poor manufacturing of product. Tom was so nice and helpful when he sold them but later placed blame on me and was disinterested. In addition, ironically the staff all push the customers to use CANNA because they think they are the exclusive distributor of that product in DALLAS. What a joke.. a very inferior product.
