Stay AWAY from this guy and his company false promises. I lost money investing with him. He claims to be operating oil and gas leases and all you ever get from this guy is nothing but a run around if that. Good luck trying to get him to answer your calls. The day your looking to invest no problem he is in contact with you onspot but when its about recieving payment or dividends theres ALWAYS an excuse.
My doggy died, I was out of town, I have been busy with other projects, Ect. I am writing this review to give a fair warning to any potential investors STAY away! I also might not be the only person submitting a report on this company. This man also has a criminal background he has been charged with aggrevated assault and was indicted on theft of money between $1k<$20k. I also believe that another company called Tex Oil Company is involved with Wayne no idea if they are another set of fraudsters or not.

Thanks for the link.
We are already in the process of getting new operator in on as many as of projects as possible. We know he is not up to the task of management of leases and wells now, its become to big for him and i he cant handle multible things at one time wich is a must for a professional operator.
We are very disapointed about the way he conduct business with other peoples money, im pretty sure its just a matter of time with all these repport coming in before the State takes action, along with the SEC & RRC and then the party is over for him..

Tex Oil Company has stated they are not affiliated with Wayne. Which from the looks of it is true. They are also investors that are having same issues with Wayne from the looks of their information Tex Oil Company has Wayne operate some leases they own.
Tex Oil Company I hope you are aware that Wayne's LLC is currently inactive due to Tax Forfiture? He lost 3 Leases last month at the tax auction and owes the RRC over $45k+ in fines that he owes. This guy doesn't pay his bills!

Just to be clear we are also investors, who have invested with Texas Shallow Oil , we have exsperienced similar things as written in the repport. WE are not affiliated with Texas Shallow Oil, thats for sure, we are investors just like you. im reffering to the text you wrote naming our company !
Tex Oil Company is involved with Wayne no idea if they are another set of fraudsters or not.
