I purchase a vehicle, didn't have the car for 6 months before my loan was transferred from TFP to another finance company. I never received any information from the new company. I got 1 month behind with my payment then my car was repossessed, no call was ever made to me letting me know the severity of the situation. I called the company to try and get my car back (agreeing to pay all fees) However after spoking with Terry and explaining the situation to him, he said that there was nothing they could do and apologized that I never received a notice of the loan being sold. I couldn't believe it! Now here I am today, unable to get into another vehicle.
