I own a small retail shop in Dayton, Ohio, and placed a wholesale order from their company. I paid for the order ahead of time as requested. It’s been almost TWO YEARS and I haven’t received the order or a refund. I have sent messages through every platform and left reviews, only to be blocked or unanswered.
I have sent screenshots of the payments made, and the few messages I have received promising to fix the situation. I left a review on FB that was removed. It is sad that a small family shop conducts business in such an unprofessional manner, and that a lawyer must get involved to wrong a right. I would caution anyone doing any sort of wholesale business with them.
