My father was injured in Korea. This rendered him uninsurable; thus unemployable for years.

We were a midwest farm family. Growing and canning our own food, raising cattle etc.

We sued the Health and Human Services Administration. I received $204.00 a month at the time I enrolled college.

In 1982 Ronald Reagan discontinued my social security check of $204.00. This would have covered my books back then.

I easily qualified for a student loan totaling $4489.53.

Even though I pulled 4.0 out of a of a few 16 and 17 hour loads in electronics. Art and sculpture was my passion.

I returned to the country. The county is very poor. I have perfected my skills to world class but still am undiscovered.

The government, through an incorporation of fatcats known as The CBE Group are trying to collect over $16,000 from the $4489.53.

I am simply an artist/sculptor with a simple quest to amaze people with my talent.

I have absolutely no extra income while living on mother earth.

Niukonska....children of the middle waters...We are still here.

I am assuming your complaint is a combination of both the balance owed on your defaulted student loan and the fact that you have no source of income. May I point out, if you are not working, you should do so. While you are currently unable to make enough income with the career you have chosen, you do not lack the ability to work somewhere else and make some sort of income. If you can PROVE your income and you are in a low income situation, there ARE income contingent programs available to make payments. Remember, you DID attend the classes. Did you know that every time someone defaults on their loans and don't pay them back there's that much less money in the system for the gov't to provide in loans and grants to other students? You're not only hurting yourself, you're hurting other people in need just as you were who would like to go to school but are unable to afford it. I know it's hard, but we're simply trying to recover something that is owed.
