The report this particular individual made is inaccurate, all of the information we provide on tattoo removal has always stated that the average treatment course is 10 treatments over 2 years.
If people are dissatisfied with their treatments than the appropriate thing to do is address that with the person doing your treatment, if they had we certainly would have tried to do something to appease this client but she just decided too quit coming.
The Cosmetic Laser Center did not close locations, we simply moved to a location that would provide our clients with a more centralized location as well as a better experience.
The claim that she is now going to a doctor that has it almost completely removed in two treatments is without merit. The tattoo was almost completely gone at her last treatment and probably shouldn't have been treated for a period of six months but this individual was getting married and wanted off in a hurry.
In regard to her statement that we we're using a weak laser, we we're working with the technology available to us at the time and yes we have since invested in a state of the art laser that has made a significant difference in the treatments.
Her title indicates we we're in some way unprofessional, there was never any unprofessional conduct in any way. This person was always treated with respect and kindness like every other person we treat.
We have been doing this for 14 years and every once in a while you find someone who doesn't clear as quick as you like and the reality is there is nothing that can be done to change it.
