The Document Service Center Document Service Center-Loan Modification Co. Albert Mendoza 302-722-8197 & Susan Martin-302-416-5988 BEWARE!! The DocumentServiceCenter Are Claiming that they are a LOAN MODIFICATION CO. In FACT: A SCAM & COMMITTING FRAUD!!!! Wilmington Delaware
The Document Service Center contacted me in Oct. 2016 (Albert Mendez) stating that they could reduce my interest rate on my mortgage loan to 2% and lower my mortgage payment 300.00. Albert said that Susan Martin would send out the paperwork to me and I could send it back to get it going. It would take about 3-months for the whole process.The package arrived overnight and was filled with several documents requesting my personal information. Also, was a request that I send them 3-checks in the amount of 835.00 each check. One for Jan-Feb-March. So I had several conversations with Albert M. about the documents and he told me not to pay my mortgage payments and that the 3-checks sent to them would be put on my mortgage after the approval of the loan modification. This was fraud.
I sent all the paperwork back and the post dated checks to them believing what Albert said (foolish). Then after not paying my mortgage the first month, the loan servicing co for the morgage started contacting me about the late payment. The Loan Servicing Co told that to pay my house payment no matter what and that the supposed services that Document Service Center said they were providing were in fact Free. This was in late January 2017. DSC had already cashed one of the 835.00 checks. I put a stop check on the remaining 2 checks and called the loan servicing co mgr. He told me that I could not get a loan modification unless I had been in my home 12 months. I had not. DSC new this. I called Albert & discussed this with him about returning the 835.00. Albert told me in Feb that he would not return the 835.00 unless I provided him proof in writing from the loan serving co denial of a loan modification.
March 28, 2017 I sent Albert Mendez & Susan Martin 2-documents denial letters of loan modification from the loan servicing co. I have talked with Susan Martin about 3-times since that date: Her statement is always the same; I sent it to accounting and wainting on them to cut a check. I will call you when they do. That has been over a month ago. As far as Albert Mendez goes; He has not answered his phone,returned calls or voicemail, text, or email.
The Document Service Center is a Scam Company & has committed Fraud. To date 5/9/17 have not paid the $ 835.00 owed to me.

Update: Albert Mendoza from The Document Service Center called me on June 26th,2017 asking if I would removed my comments regarding their ripoff of 835.00. I told him that I would only ask for it to be removed if I received a check for the 835.00 owed to me by money order or by cashier's check and cleared through my bank. He stated that he would get that completed and the check sent to me. Well, today is 7/23/2017 and I have received no check or not even a phone call!
Attention: Loan Servicing Companies: Be advised that The Document Service Center is falsely representing and telling their customers not to pay their mortgages which puts them into Foreclosure or Bankruptzy as I. Albert Mendoza and Susan Martin of The Document Service Center are commiting Fraud and are Scamming people out of thousands of dollars. These Loan modification promises are completely free offered by the Federal Government. Please deny any requests from The Document Service Center. Albert & Susan both speak with forked tongues!!!!!
For all you hackers/Scammers: The check they cashed account number is;48424442.
I have made serval attemps to contact The Document Service Center without one response! My next phase will be to take them to take them to court which will cost them thousands!!!
