A new couch was purchased on Sunday, November 21st. We called the next day to exchange for a better size. For two days store manager refused to call us back. Despite customer service advising that the exchange could happen it was up to the store manager, on Wednesday, November 23rd my wife went in after leaving messages that day and say the store manager Jason Davis on his cell phone. He would barely give her the time of day and said he would exchange anything. We were stuck with it.
