Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Zach claimed he was from the subdivision down the street and was very detailed about the name of it and which house he lived in. He said his dad had sent him to finish selling the last few book subscriptions he needed to raise money for his soccer trip to Ireland. He said he was on the local team named the Srikers and that they were undefeated. He tries to con you into paying cash saying it will save them from paying extra fees & says he just needs to sell two more large subcriptions to be finished. He then shows you sets of Children's books and suggests that you may do as other neighbors have done and donate them to a charity of your choosing. He gives you a receipt that has a website for www.experiencesales.com which has a disclaimer that books can't be given to a charity unless you specify an individual name of a person at that charity location. It also states if you list an individual it is a gift and not tax deductible. Since Zach didn't tell me any of this, nobody gets any magazines. The disclaimer to cancel says you must give written notice to Zach and to his company within three days. Long story short , you won't find Zach and you pay for books that nobody gets and apparently they keep the money. The website is worthless and has no direct contacts listed . The website and receipt have disclaimers that legally allow them to steal money from the victims. A well planned scam that uses lies, social engineering and a bogus website. I just lost my $61.00. There is another complaint posted about this same scam but Zach Hill uses a variation of lies each time. Zach asked for a check or cash only so beware!!!!
