Same old same old! Jeffrey P Cooper has been arrested last year the year before and so on. He is smart only because he scams 1-2-3 thousand dollars here and there. Very few people want to chase after him for that money. He gets arrested and his Father Lawrence Cooper (boca Raton) bails him out. Then he claims to be the victim. Says he'll pay back, refund etc and disappears. I hope that this time WHEN he gets caught (well actually he is caught) WHEN he goes to jail, it will be for a long time. And I'll be there to help give evidence.
