Stay away from the Golferspick net as it’s poor quality and the company has not responded to my requests for remediation! I thought I purchased the perfect practice net, which also came with a small mat to hit golf balls at home. After the first day of use the strap that holds a bullseye, and also acks as a force diffuser, ripped away from the main net fabric. I emailed the customer support contact address, and did receive a response from Andy whom I believe is the owner.
Andy responded and sincerely appeared interested in helping me with my issue, and asked for a picture. I sent him the requested picture and I never heard from him again. On Day 2 of using the net and mat, the mat started to fray, with the three separate simulated grass level areas also separating from each other. I once again emailed these pictures to Andy, and never heard back. After the 5th day of use I actually had a ball go through the net, and fortunately no one or nothing was hurt.
When patching the hole in the net I also noticed the material in one of the corners was completely ripping away from the frame. I sent Andy pictures of both of these issues, and never heard back. The bottom line is I spent a lot of money for product that started falling apart after the first day of use, and the company apparently is not interested in honoring any warranty or ensuring I am a satisfied customer. Please don’t put yourself in this same situation, and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
