The Help Card - HC Processing Center RIPOFF MANIPLATED SHREDDING ILLEGAL LYING Springdale Arkansas
I got ripped off by this company too..I bought a King Size Tempur-Pedic Bed and made my payments through my banks online payment service. One day I get a notice saying my payment was recieved late and guess what.... you are now going to PAY Interest for the rest of your life! Well, they didn't say that exactly but that is what happened.
I called them as I checked my bank statement and it shows the transfer happened on the due date. I called my bank and they called on my behalf, again my bank told them that the transfer happened on the due date.
HCProcessing (The Help Card) people couldn't have been more pleasant as they explained that it does not matter what my bank statement says. They received it late. There was nothing that could be worked out with them. The woman sounded like her job was to make peoples payments appear late on thier system as she lied to me with so much confidence in her voice. I cannot belief it! I am several years into this and they are still collecting 26.99% interest on this account.
I would recommend everyone stay far away from this company! Worst part is I think about them every night when I get into my 26.99% bed. If anyone wants to file I have all my bank papers still, this happend a year or 2 ago. I stumbled across them on this website as I was searching for another scammer company.

Consumers are misinformed/uneduacated on the process for online banking payments. When you pay bills thru your bank online service a physical check is issued and mailed for you, so when you see the withdrawal from your account it is only showing that the monies were withdrawn, the bank or third party then issue and mail a check the same as the customer would have. IT CAN TAKE 3 TO 10 DAYS TO REACH ITS DESTINY. SO DO NOT BLAME HELP ME CARD, IT WAS YOUR ERROR. THANK YOU
