The below response was received in regards to a complaint made on this business. Essentially calling me the customer a liar. Also, relying on his vague wording in his inspection report to cover up his poor workmanship. Some one should teach this guy some customer service skills!!
"As discussed before in the previous response, the buyer of the home was aware of the loose and disconnected duct work prior to purchasing the home and it was recommended to have the duct work
repaired.
In response to the disconnected exhaust vent from the water heater that was leaking carbon monoxide in the house, this statement by the buyer is not true, the vent pipe was not disconnected at the time
of the home inspection. Not only do we look at the vent pipe we also look at how the vent pipe is installed to make sure the seams and joints would not be able to leak into the home. I asked the buyer what the levels of carbon monoxide were in the home and he did not have an answer which means he did not have it tested. So when he made that statement he had no proof that there was any leaking into the home. "
