Should I be surprised that DANATA looked me in the eye and lied with such a smile on her face. Is it normal when an interview leaves you with information about oter companies but not that company that you interview for?
What I am talking about is the Interview with Danata at the Mrketing firm.
The days are not 12 hours but 14 or even 15, daily.
Your entry level pay does not average $600/wk but more like $300. (I saw the pay sheet, I know)
Danata has not got 50K in the bank like she says. There is more like 12K which is what someone gave her to start with.
The crap car, is not by choice. The clothes, hair and fake smile DO fit her deceptive character.
No life, No man, No intergrity, No ethics= BAD BUSINESS!!!!
So THIS is why I couldn't stay to test out an opportunity because even if it is great, I can't work for or with anyone that feels the need to give me false information. When I think of a career, it means long term relationships and people I can trust through good and bad times. This girl is so shallow that her idea of relationship goes as far as closing an account. To add to that, if you have a bad day of closing, you will feel like a bad person and that is not correct.
I cantinue to look for a company that can respect and train me with truth and honesty. THE MARKETING FIRM and DANATA JONKOFSKY or whatever it is in none of those categories.
And one last note to Tonya, I don't think all the places are run like Adverting endeavors, marketing firm or whatever name they use today, I think good people can run good business. I think liars are liars and will always be looking to take from people.

I started three weeks ago at The Marketing Firm, AKA Advertising Endeavors. This fun exciting place and all I have found is that there have been a lot of people that are really friendly to my face. Then I hear Mark say that the "new guys" are pretty excited and Danata reply to him that we are all junk. The training they gave us was a waste of time. Wow! what a boost of confidence. So I felt horrible and so played. Why then the high fives and props in public if you can't even wait til I leave the building to bad mouth me behind closed doors. Danata, you obviously know who i am, the one you trained that sucked. Well you suck and now I see all the people that write on this site see the same from you. If you are applying to these offices for entry level marketing and sales, if they act like you are there best friend and that you are the "Bomb", then stick around and listen to what is said when you leave.

As much as I completely agree with everything that was said by "Disturbed by the Lies" I felt compelled to add this: Do Not Be Fooled All of the Cydcor Slime companies are exactly the same. They try to tell you that you own the business (if you want to call it that) and that you set the rules, but the truth is that if you don't play by their rules, you don't get to play their game. And if you don't play their game, then you got no game. Just ask Danata... if you don't kiss the right a*s and suck the right... you know... then there is no Cydcor cooperation. If you think Danata is bad, you should get to know the rest of them! Danata is just a Cydcor Clone. But she is just a baby in the game. She is still too young and impressionable to understand what these people are capable of and now that she has given up everything for them, I think that she is too scared to admit that she has made a huge mistake... not that the Princess has ever admitted that she made a mistake. So to all of you readers out there, don't let this horrible excuse for a company ruin your good name. Do you want to be a manager and have all of your employees writing about you in the internet?
