I am really fed up with the way this girl handles business. I am sure that several of my checks were not accurate. I was told that the account may be pending or was cancelled. For the longest time this is the trend and I no longer buy it.
Here is a business run on a swiss cheese foundation. Danata has so much to learn about how to treat people and apprieciate their work instead of stealing form them.
There are a few people out of all the 8 in her office that are real fans. The rest of the people go home every night wondering if there will be furniture in the office the next day or if she will have bailed.
I don't like to cause trouble but I found this site and saw her listed so many times. I really feel like I connect with so many of the stories about her.
Cydcor, you may want to check this one out. If I had worked so hard to get my network established, I wouldn't want people like Danata staining my reputation.

There is No upward mobility when the boss can't do the job!! This place is a joke. How can you call yourself an opportunity when you have to "build a team" to move up, and the manager can't get anyone to come work. Ok, so I heard that there was a guy from the old manager there that actually made right when Danata got started. This Rick guy was allready with a team and whatever he needed to do. After that, you ask her and there is no other managers that she has helped. I mean, I get the whole pyramid of how it works and ok, if you want to do that sort of thing like I did, go ahead. BUT... If the person you work for SUCKS and there is never more than like 6 or so people in the company, then how are other people supposed to move on. Don't you dare ask Danata this if you work for her. She will bite off your head! It is always the people in the offices fault. I read some of the other reports, they are so accurate. This GIRL b/c she is no woman yet, has such a fake confidence that seems also very arrogant and bossy. You can only talk about yourself so much and give so much advice before it is all like BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.. Anyway, like I said some people appear to be doing it quite well. With Danata, one is doomed. You will waste a lot of time, money and faith in entreprenuership.
