"Opportunity" is Cydcor's biggest lie. Cydcor has about 2,000 employees. Most stay less than 4 weeks, when they find out that the average weekly pay is less than $300 and with the hours they work (10 hours a day) it is less than minimum wage. With such a high turnover rate every year Cydcor has to hire 18,000 people to have 2,000 people doing door-to-door sales. Of the 18,000 people, less than 100 become owners in a year. Most owners do not make it. Every year 100 owners close shop. Cydcor believes that the only way they can get people to do door-to-door sales is to lie: hence this "opportunity" and their recruting ads do not tell you the true nature of the job. They are not concerned with the high turnover rate. To them it is just the law of the averages. If they hire 200 guys and if 10 of them stay for 4 weeks, that's good enough. Because next week they will hire another 200 guys.
