The Meagan Collection Placed an order on his website. Did not send merchandise and refused to refund payment. ripoff Athens Texas
I placed an order from David King's website which is www.themeagancollection.com. I sent him $313.19 thru Paypal which took the money out of my Bank account. He stalled for 10 months with numerous excuses as to why the order could not be sent. The items that I ordered are imported from Sweden and he stated he was waiting on the distributor. Then it was his brother died and he had to make several trips to the United Kingdom. I waited very patiently.
Finally I emailed him and requested that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. I also called several times and left messages on his voice mail. He refuses to answer my emails or return my phone calls.
I finally called the distributor and they checked his past orders and he never ordered the items that I requested on my order from his website. So he lied about waiting on the distributor.
I also checked with the Better Business Bureau in Texas and he has a history of not delivering merchandise that is ordered from his website.
I feel this man is a crook and stole my money when all along he never intended to deliver the products I ordered. He is still doing business on the internet and still advertises the items I ordered from him. The question is how many other people has he done this to?
