Worst place to deal with. Be aware thei will take your money with false papers and apartments that are not even close to the model or promised remodeled units. Apliances are from 1950`s and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling apart. As soon as I was able to get in my unit I made that horible discovery and went back to the office asap to cancel everything. Thei told me that I have to wait untill next day to speak to the manager just to cash my checks and take my money with false promises and no aprovel from my side what so ever. BE AWARE
