I chose 'Exterminating Services' to file this report because I could not find a more suitable subcategory under 'Home and Garden'.
According to their website, the company sells Cleaners & Polishers, Industrial & Automotive, and EPA Registered Insecticides, Germicidals and Disinfectants.
A few weeks ago, I bought a package of their Black Jack Roach Baits Regular. Although there has never been roach activity in my house, the problem has always been waterbugs which I understand to be the same family and my experience in the past has been that roach traps are efficacious in eliminating water bugs also. In the past, when I bought other brands such as Combat, I verified this with the manufacturer and always had good success with such baits. I prefer these to sprays as I do not want to inhale the fumes and every time I ever used baits in the past, they would solve my waterbug problem for several months at a stretch meaning not seeing any more bug activity in the house and no need to replace the baits for at least a season.
Unfortunately I made the mistake this time of buying these useless Black Jack Roach Baits Regular for the first time ever because they were on sale. I literally put them down no more than 4 or 5 weeks ago and almost immediately was shocked that I was still seeing and having to kill waterbugs. I contacted the company by phone as they failed to reply to an email. I wanted to verify with them what I had verified with another manufacturer in the past - that they are efficacious in eliminating water bugs also and the representative who took the call asked me to hold on while he checked with someone else. :-) When he returned to the call, he told me that the answer was affirmative. He made no proper attempt to explain why they had not worked for me nor did he offer to replace them in case they were a bad batch somehow.
I tried to find anyone else who may have also had a bad experience with this product by doing a search online and could only find one other complaint at the following link:

I don't know what explains why this product failed so abysmally. I can only surmise that they either fill the baits with a cheap placebo or nothing at all or a totally inadequate amount of (or impotent dose) of the poison the baits are supposed to contain for the bugs to carry back to their nests in the walls. I only know this product did not work for me and the company showed no interest in resolving the problem so I want to warn anyone else who might do a search for such a report that you really don't want to waste your money on this loser of a product.
