I felt really bad about it; so I decided to call them up by phone to file a claim to get my money back and to cancel my suscription right away. They took care of me in a rather proper manner and said that the money was going to be reimbursed or refunded in about two or three days, and that my suscription was being cancelled and they gave me a cancellation number. Next day I searched the bank's web page and opened my account, to find that effectively they processed two credits for $ 49.67 each, instead of the original charges of $ 50.07 each. However, such credits were still in red, that is, pending for confirmation. I also received two e-mails telling me in the first place that my confirmation order was cancelled, and also that the money was being refunded. If it all come true, I'll consider myself lucky and done with it. Frankie, Miami, FL
