The Travel Center & Fun TIme Reservations First Select Travel Responding to "the Owner" of The Travel Center Clarksburg Maryland
Dear Travel Center Owner and Fun Time Reservations,
Slightly disappointed in the last response, please understand this part of the scam requires that you have some empathy for all the people that First Select Travel took money from and an emotional surge. Of course, The Travel Center owner needs to be more passionate that they will never do business with First Select Travel in New Mexico. (Oh that is right that is just a virtual office). A little more vigor & excitable energy at how you have worked so hard to establish The Travel Center as an ethical family friendly business. Perhaps, provide a false name as the owner. I think everyone knows the Clarksburg, Maryland address is just a mailing address. But for you to continue any scam activity, it is for your benefit to be much more believeable, take the part more serious, and add some factual disdain clemency; too much anger makes it look like a scam. The Blame part of the scam has to be perfect so you can do business with another Vacation Agency that makes false sales pitches. Let's try the response again. I am sure you can do better. The whole thing with standing behind the "terms and conditions"is so old school. If this does not work out for you, there are wonderful normal jobs you can look at as an income instead of scamming people out of their money. Besides, it is much easier to sleep at night knowing that you are making an honest living. Must be worrisome not knowing exactly who you are ripping off and who they know.

Dear Mr or Ms. "Dee Dots" , (Such an interesting name? Is this a Welsh descent?)
It's been a unique, electrophiling costumer service experience to utilize every part of your businsess that turns out to be an adverse reaction that leaves a horrible taste in ones mouth.
First Select Travel Agency with its 7 page terms and conditions is just delightful reading. The Travel Center, the 'booking or fulfillment' company too has its wonderful bed time reading documents with terms and conditions' and than of course "Fun Time Reservation" designed to squeeze a little more money out by providing some service the costumer never asked for all for a the pleasure of obtaining "activation" fee. (Is this just grocery money for you?)
Obtaining everyone's address, bank routing and account numbers, and Passport numbers must be an information night mare. How do you keep tract of all the information? Than there is the Merchant Companies. Resoltuion Pros LLC, Classic Managment Corporation (Is this one a LLC too?) Just wandering?
Oh yes, forgot to mention the Texas Arbitration Act (TAA) mentioned in First Select Travel terms and conditions. Have to applaud the useage of Texas Arbitation Act what a creative touch. But, please be careful, with this attitude of being with in the boundaries of the law.

I think it's great you as a manger responded because it is SO hard to get in touch with anyone at travel center/fun times.
There has been the same voice recording since January about no one being in the office due to weather And tomorrow is March 1st. My friend and I got the fax from "Travel center" last year and thought it was a great price. We sent a money order in to travel center and then never heard anything back. When we finally got someone they led us down a confusing trail of dates but we picked one. Only to be later told those dates were blacked out and then only to talk to someone else who said those dates were not blacked out. It's like confusion on purpose!!
Now we are being asked to send more money via money order to fun times. Why the change in name? And why send more money when we already paid and have not gotten any information back about a reservation? We have faxed multiple forms in and sent money.
It it feels like a scam when you've been over 6mths and sent money with no respond or reservation.
We we would like our money back!!! We work hard and don't deserve this.

With all due respect, Travel Center & Fun Time do not Scam anyone.
As far as old school and using the terms and conditions and signature of what everyone signes the only thing we have to rebut these post are the terms and conditions and the documents that people have signed.
I want to add that I am not the owner, I am an employee.
I like many hear are confused as to why after reading all the documents, if they were read, and signing those documents, on top of all the imformation that has been posted, people would still think that we have anything to do with what First Select Travel did.
Most companies that receive these posts do not even respond, we are, and that should show that we do not like what they have done.
Today we will be posting every document that someone who purchased from First Select Travel signed. We are also trying to reach First Select Travel and get them to post their contact information for people to reach them.
Our sole job is to make reservations, we only quote what travelers ask for, so if you have not received a quote and were unhappy with that quote we only did our job. We did not sell you anything, we did not advertize anything, BUT............... we did do what hundreds of companies ask us to do for their clients.
Please stand by for the documents to be posted later, that way everyone can see that these posts about us are unfair.
