I am a trangender man. I ordered the Ultimate Prosthetic device from this guy about 23 months ago. I sent him almost $1,000 through Walmart. I have never received anything from this guy although I am still in contact with him and he continues to promise my product. I see he has done this to many others. We, as a small minority group, are being taken advantage of and ripped off over and over again by this guy. He needs to be arrested. I am on disability and will never have that kind of money again to ever purchase a very important device. Please help.
