I am sorry that you feel that I am immature, and as a result of that this situation has occured. That is incorrect. Reguardless of how mature or immature I am, the company lied to both my mother and I, and they should have to pay the penalties. Thanks for your suggestion. Maybe you should take your own advice.

It's your fault for not having a checking account in the first place and putting your mother into this bad situation. If you want to live on your own, then YOU need to be responsible for your own finances, and this means having your own checking account. Also, why didn't you just get money orders every month anyway, instead of going through your mother? Didn't want to pay that extra dollar for the service? Now look what your immaturity has cost you and your mother. Quit crying and relying on mommy so much and grow the hell up, or else just move back home.
