This has been going on since Nov. of 2000??? NO! I'm even more embarrassed that I didn't check this out before sending them my money, which, from the looks of it, I may never get back now.
How is it that so many people can be so angry for so long about this obvious fraud and this guy is STILL in business??!?? We've got to stop this! (is false advertising = mail fraud? across state boarders, a federal offense, is it not?)
I cannot express the embarrassment of this, and of course the hopes and dreams dashed yet again. Perhaps it wouldn't be so embarrassing if I hadn't been looking for 15 plus years to find a real legit and honest opportunity. So I suppose I should have known better, and should be fully jaded enough by now to smell the %#W*& in the mailbox. I don't consider myself to be so gullible, but I am very hopeful and want to believe that such an opportunity could exist, as advertised.
It sounded like it would work intelligently... it sounded like fair honest work. He said: "If, as I suspect, you have been searching for a REAL... LEGITIMATE... WORKABLE... No Nonsense opportunity to be successful in a money making business of your own.... this report fully explains an irresistable opp. that can change your life... Report clearly explains how you can start the profits flowing in... immediately..." BALONEY.
Are we so hungry (starved) to hear these words and actually have them be true, or what? I suppose our genuine hope for this does indeed make us gullible, even though we feel smart enough not to fall for the usual crap. People like "Zaken/Lasorsa" instill false hopes, and well, by this time in human evolution, there's no excuse for it - rats should be exterminated. SO how is he still conducting buss?
The very least we could do is everything!!! Please folks, help me here. Let's try our damndest to get this on DATELINE - they love exsposing frauds! or work locally and get this info on any consumer protection/alerts with your local news.
If the material didn't say it was copyrighted, I'd like to copy it all and post it on the internet so people could get it for free and Zaken wouldn't get ANY MORE OF ANYBODY'S money for this, and meanwhile be directed to this site to observe what a scam it is.
How can I get in touch with William of Fort Wayne Indiana who said something about getting in on a class action suit against this tyrant shyster? (can you believe the Dutch translation of his name???) this guy is truely deserving of what he is soon sure to get. seriously bad karma. what goes around DOES come around, at least on that we can rely. just wish it would hurry and stop this guy in his tracks before there are more victims.
choosing only 50 "select" people to test... ha... then how come there's like 300 + complaints ya dumb a--??

Great that Nick Lasorsa is actually reading and responding to this website! Could he please give us a full update? Where is the class action suit against Zaken now? Was Lasorsa really trying to solicit female clients, as Zaken has claimed? If people want to be genuine liquidators, is that still possible? How can we get started, now that Zaken is doing nothing with the samples we sent him? I want to take action and turn this situation around. Nick Lasorsa can answer these questions better than anyone. Nick Lasorsa should not be held accountable for the actions of Zaken. He was an employee trying to do an honest job and was held back by Zaken even informed to "merely placate people and not try to resell merchandise". He has since dissoziated himself with Zaken and has done alot of work to help build a class action suit against the company. Contact Nick and see for yourself what he has to say....

I've been tring to stop Zaken for the past year and a half. I have contacted every local and national news program about this company as well as newspaper. I only got a slight response from the LA Times. The media at that time did not see this newsworthy. All those who have been scammed by Zaken not only need to inform the Federal Trade Commission and attorney general of california about this but also need to inform the Media such as the Eyewitness News in California - KABC - 818-863-7777 and the LA Times - 231-237-5000 - Investigator Reporters. They should also leave a report here on Ripoff reports.

Angela - To set the record straight, we are not one and the same person!!!! As far as the Zaken Company being fraud, you are 100% right. Just read all of the reports and you will answer your own questions and so will the lawyers and judges of our courts know when the judgement day comes for Mr. Zaken.
