I was refunded $340.00 (of the $365.00 that I paid) on October 4th from Theous. After I had initially said that I would give them the benefit of the doubt, they then started ignoring me again and not answering emails and such. I called the customer service number provided and asked to speak with Zoe Gellar regarding my account, and the man that answered the phone told me to call this other number- because he was expecting a phone call! Very unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs! Also, to warn others that attempt to do research on this company. Don't believe all of the good reviews that you read, and certainly do not believe the fake BBB report that they set up. Theous has a "F" rating with the BBB, and not the "A" that Theous has on their website. Just be very careful!

After sending emails back and forth with Zoe Geller, the new logo project manager- my company has decided to stay with Theous. I asked many questions, that were answered concisely, instead of being vague. I also received my logo samples, and the samples were quite good. So far, I am happy with the steps Zoe Geller has taken to correct my complaints. I want my rip off report to reflect that although I had some initial problems, I now have someone at Theous that makes an effort to provide good customer service. I will update again when the order is received in full.

I received an email with more logo samples from Theous, last night. They were of more professional quality. If Theous can provide me with answers to the questions that I ask, and address the concerns that I have- I might consider continuing to do business with them. If all of the parties involved from Theous can ensure customer satisfaction without me having to constantly email them for account updates, I would not feel like I am being taken advantage of. I emailed the project manager back, and let her know the questions that I need answers to. Hopefully, she responds positively and this experience will turn out better than it has so far.

I received two more emails from Zoe Geller tonight. The first email stated that she is very sorry, and that it was a bad call on her part to include client email addresses for the email. I replied that I wanted a refund, and no longer wished to do business with Theous. The employees that I have dealt with fail to realize that it wasn't including my email address on a mass email that made me lose confidence in their abilities. It is that they have taken a month to even get the correct samples started, they do not answer questions that are phrased directly to them and are very vague with any information what so ever. As I said before, I will continue to update this thread with any information that I receive. It is up to Theous to make the outcome favorable. I've read other reports where an employee of Theous has reprimanded the poster for making unfavorable comments about the company, but I have evidence of every email that I have received from Theous. Being that my primary form of contact with this company has been by email, that is my proof. Zoe Geller informed me that she was forwarding the matter to the sales department, so I intend to know something soon.
