NOTICE TO THE RESPONDENT

You should read the terms of the Order and the Guidance Notes very carefully. You are advised to consult a solicitor as soon as possible. This Order requires you to do the acts set out in Paragraph 2 and prohibits you from doing the acts set out in Paragraph 3 of the Order.

UPON the Claimant issuing on 9 June 2015 a claim pursuant to section 3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and an application for an injunction

AND UPON reading the witness statement of the Claimant dated 9 June 2015

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and the Defendant not appearing at a hearing on 15 July 2015 of the application for an injunction and the claim but the Court being satisfied as to personal service on 12 June 2015

AND UPON the Claimant understanding that personal service of this Order must take place

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. Judgment be entered for the Claimant;
2. The Defendant shall:

(a)   Use her best endeavours forthwith to secure the removal from the Internet of the following webpages (“the Webpages”) in their entirety:

(b)  File at Court and serve on the Claimant’s solicitors within 14 days and by 4pm on the last date within that period of personal service an affidavit verifying her compliance with paragraph 1(a) above.

1. The Defendant, whether by herself her servants or agents or otherwise:

(a)   Is forbidden from disclosing, publishing, republishing, using, communicating or providing to any person or persons:

                                               i.     the content of the webpages identified at paragraph 1(a) above or similar content which amounts to harassment of the Claimant;

                                             ii.     the content of the video which between 11 December 2013 and a date unknown to the Claimant between the beginning of June 2014 and the beginning of August 2014 appeared on the Internet at www.youtube.com/watch?v=saPlEl_iaZ0, or similar content which amounts to harassment of the Claimant; and

                                            iii.     the fact that that the webpages and content in paragraph 3(a)(i) and/or (ii) above is or may be accessible on the Internet or elsewhere

• other than:

1. by way of disclosure to legal advisers instructed in relation to these proceedings for the purpose of obtaining legal advice in relation to these proceedings; or
2. for the purpose of carrying this Order into effect; or
3. with the Claimant’s prior written consent.

(b)  Is forbidden from otherwise pursuing any course of conduct which amounts to harassment of the Claimant.

1. The Defendant shall within 28 days of personal service of this Order deliver to the Court and to the Claimant’s solicitors any documents and witness evidence (confirmed by a Statement of Truth) upon which she seeks to rely in relation to the assessment of damages pursuant to this Order.
2. Upon compliance with this Order and in any event, within 42 days of personal service of this Order on the Defendant the Claimant shall write to the Court with any further proposed directions and a time estimate for the listing of the hearing to assess damages.
3. The Defendant do pay the Claimant’s costs of the injunction applicationto be summarily assessed at the assessment of damages hearing.
4. The remainder of costs to be costs in the case.

Please take notice that Theresa Wild and Theresa Wild Permanent Cosmetics have filed a civil action in the Maricopa County Superior Court in the State of Arizona, under cause number CV 2014-015008. The action includes claims for defamation and other torts based upon the numerous false statements in this report. A subpoena is being issued to XCentric Ventures to obtain your identity and contact information. However, you may provide your contact information voluntarily to our law firm through either an email ([email protected]) or by calling (602-812-7979). Should you not contact us with that information within ten (10) business days, we will continue with the subpoena process to obtain information needed to identify, locate, and contact you for purposes of the pending lawsuit. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena, and may have a right to do maintain your anonymity while doing so. If you intend to so file and serve a response, please either do so with notice to us or notify us of your intent to do so by March 6, 2015.

Please ask yourself this: IF THIS WAS A GENUINE NEGATIVE REVIEW - SURELY IT WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE 'I am not happy with my permanent makeup" or something along those lines......not a personal slanderous attack with outrageous unsubstantiated allegations? 

Statement of Truth: I am very proud to admit that I have been completely sober from alcohol for 8 1/2 now and I now help others in my spare time to recover from addition issues. The BBC Panorma documentary was aired in 2012 and I was selected to take part as I have an impeccable recovery and the TV show was created to create awareness of this common addition issue.

I am utterly horrified to find, that this slanderous drivel is allowed to be published on this site about me. I AM full insured by holistic Insurance Services and I have a valid certificate. I am fully licensed by Wiltshire Council and I hold full licensing and certificates.

The work on my website is my OWN work and I have fantastic reviews by real clients on the internet, including Facebook, Free Index and other sites to name a few...

My initial training was not acceptable at THE SHERBORNE CLINIC, however since then I have spent thousands on training and I have over 10 certificates of excellence!

I AM NOW ISSUING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO OBTAIN THE FULL AUTHORS INFORMATION (ALTHOUGH IT WILL PROBABLY BE FALSE) HOWEVER WE WILL TRACE IP ADDRESSES TO BRING THIS BULLY TO JUSTICE. THE POLICE ARE ALSO INFORMED ABOUT THIS HARRASSMENT AND LIBLE CASE.

I am Anna. Theresa Wild's PA (not secretary).  Theresa follows the strict guidelines set throughly. She has an exceptional standard of hygiene.  

She has all the relevant insurance and training credentials. 

All the photos are of Theresa's clients.

We have hundreds of happy clients with beautiful eyebrows.

I will be taking legal action against these false and slanderous claims.  I have never witnessed these ridiculous allergations. 

This is false report and this Website should regulate this.
