Although not yet even 30 years of age, Thomas Schaffling, like myriad Philadelphia police officers, is the recipient of multiple citizen complaints. Seventeen are formal gripes whilst many more are informal. As almost always happens to crooked Philadelphia cops, every complaint was deemed unfounded by his superiors. Despite being accused of robbing, assaulting, framing, and otherwise feloniously wronging innocent taxpayers who ironically pay cops for PROTECTION, Schaffling is still a Philly cop, free to perpetrate yet more unpunished felonies.
