Thomas Scott - Thomas H Scott - American Dream Lending Real Estate Investment Fraud Lincoln City, Oregon
Thomas H. Scott is a real estate investment fraud. He has convinced countless people to borrow money against their properties in order to invest in his next real estate scam.
I've been approached by him on two occasions and he has taken an acquantaince of mine for several million dollars. When approached about the money that has dissappeared into one of his many LLC's he becomes irate and attempts to belittle you.
The IRS is investigating him currently. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY! There is a group of his "investors" currently working with the FBI to investigate.
