Ticket Bust.com - Representative Steve (Refused To Give Last Name) The money back guarnatee to bust your traffic tickets is a scam. Westlake Village California
I was referred by a traffic ticket company to use ticketbust.com. The moment I called just to inquire about their services. They immediately started to bombard me with phone calls to use their service. I then decided to try it out. They basically did a written trial by declaration. Which you could do yourself for free. They charged me $246.00 for service fees and court svcs and you also have to include your bail moneyto pay for your ticket. Which they don't even represent you. They promise that if you don't get your ticket reduced or taken off they will refund you your money.
My case was denied and I called ticket bust to get my money. They then told me that they wanted to appeal my case. They never sent me any paperwork to do so. I called 3 times and never recieve a call or a e-mail or fax. I then called 3 months later. A very ignorant manager by the name of Steve then told me that I didn't qualify for my money back. But they would offer ma a $30 discount off any one future ticket.
The services that ticketbust offers any one can do for themselves for free.
Just go on line print out the documents mail into the courts and mail in your bail money and the courts will decide. You don't even know what the hell these people will put in writting on your behalf. Do it yourself! Save yourself $246.00 if not more. Because they can't do anything more than you can. Besides when you try to get your money back guarantee they just treat you like they don't know you anyway.
