To TicketCity,

Jose, John or Whomever

The statement that tickets were transferred to me is patently false. A careful review by a manager will reveal a 70min plus phone between myself Veronica, unknown female, Mark, and finally Shawna in your Customer Resolution area.

A careful review will also show your customer service representative (Veronica) sending us a link to tickets that were dated for 03 July – 3 weeks prior while we are standing outside the venue waiting to enter. Careful review of the 20min discussion between Shawna and me will also reveal the discrepancy in transfer as noted by Shawna, not me.

Ripoffreport Report Image

I have purchased tickets from TicketCity on several occasions prior to 24 July and I am intimate with the purchasing process and method of ticket acquisition. There has never been an issue with transfer in the past. This was the primary impetus for staying “On Hold” with the various customer service and resolution representatives for 70-plus minutes while standing outside the venue.

You have documentation that the tickets were transferred by the seller? Really, please provide your documentation to include the following;

  1. Email with tickets (link) with date and time stamp
  2. Documentation of conversations via phone with your customer service and resolution departments with date and time stamps.
  3. All meta-data supporting the items 1 & 2
  4. Copy of your Read/Receipt from transfer of tickets to me.

Upon request from a manager within Customer Resolution Department, I will forward to TicketCity the three audio recordings (.mp3 files) of conversations with TicketCity representatives to include the 70-plus minute phone conversation with your staff while standing outside Las Vegas Ballpark.

Here is the deal Jose, John and anyone else who peruses this email. The point that the cost incurred was only $70 dollars (+/-) is not a consideration. The point is I entered into an honest agreement with TicketCity for purchase of tickets that were never received. Recordings, audio or written transcripts of my phone conversations with your representatives will reveal a hiccup occurred during your transfer, and not on my end. The mere fact that TicketCity engaged me in a 70-plus minute phone call outside the venue that I was supposed to have tickets for is illogical and flat out ludicrous. Your point holds no water.

So, the following is going to occur if TicketCity does not refund the cost incurred. Inquiries with my documentation and transcribed audio recordings will be sent directly to the following, in order of precedence;

  1. Chief of Staff (Nevada Attorney General)
  2. Federal Trade Commission
  3. Better Business Bureau
  4. Resolver

Honest brokers and honest customers never have issues. Issues occur when one entity becomes dishonest or does not conduct accurate due diligence to resolve legitimate customer service complaints.

Regards,
