Time-Life Music Phone Robot won't let you cancel, hanging up produces a 5 CD order Virginia Beach Virginia
I try to order the 2 CD set of Love Songs seen on TV many times. The phone robot answers and collects your Credit Card no.first thing, then the robot trys to sell you a 20 CD order, you have to listen to the whole robot pitch and decline at the end, then it trys to sell you the 10 CD collection, pressing 0 doesnt help.
After slamming the phone down 5-6 times and swearing NEVER to call Time Life again I hung up, the robot doesnt listen and will not let you cancel out. Hanging up produced a 5 CD order. I emailed them immediately and got an ROBOT auto response saying that my credit card would be charged and to return the merchandise for credit.
This is the highest level of rip-off Ive seen in years. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and they were in total aggreement that these people are the worlds worst at ripping off folks.
