I purchased a single set of  CDs from Time Life for which I was given notification of delivery and charge over e-mail.  Several months later I grew suspicious after I noticed charges of 31 dollars in several installments from this company.   Apparently when I made the initial purchase I was deceptively enrolled in a program where I would be provided with additional CDs which were charged directly to my credit card without my notification.  I don't recall joining such a program and it was likely written in small print.  After this discovery, I notified the company to cancel my enrollment in the program.  A week later I received additional CDs, which I had refused to accept and returned it back to the sender.  The company claimed that they never received the return and refused to grant a refund.
