We tried for over an hour(un-billed labor) to try and remove the shaft and were unsuccesful. We then informed him that the hanger bearing would have to be replaced and needed to come from the dealership. He was offered a ride home and DID SIGN the estimate(which he seems to think was changed). He was informed that it would be done the next day, which it was. When he arrived to pick the car up, he complained of the price, I should him his signature of the exact same amount from the day before. If he had contacted the dealership he would have found that the same problem happens frequently and the dealer would have charged over twice as much.
