TKG MEDIA I am not satisfied with the service and the product. I hereby request for a full refund of the payment made earlier. Documents as per attached below. Total amount = USD69 + USD97 = USD 166 California

They guaranteed if not satisfied with the product, can ask for full refund of USD69, no questions asked. But they also auto charge me USD 97 for a subscription of membership which I do not authorized. Here's my report.
