BEWARE! CON ARTISTS! I paid the Kuhn's money up front to do work and it has not been completed although I paid them in full last year! The Kuhns have bilked me out of over 6000.00 and they will do the same to you!

BEWARE! Kuhn did not apply for the required work permits and the local city zoning inspectors issued a "Stop Work" citation for my property. I got in alot of legal problems because of the Kuhns and so will you.

The Kuhn's will charm you for money for materials for construction work(in my case a deck), then they lie about when they will do the job. Time after time I would take off work to meet the Kuhn's at my house at a time we agreed upon to do the work I had already paid them to do, only for them to not show up.

I am taking the Kuhn's to court as I write this complaint

Randy paid TNN Contracting as each phase of work was completed on his deck (replacing the railing and adding general lawn 7 volt lighting). The deck railing was completed and all that is left is to take off a downspout from a gutter and patch the hole plus install some light fixtures when Randy purchased them. Randy (before these last items could be completed) received a cease-and-desist order from the city of Louisville on an installation of a hot tub and a 220 line that was previously installed 1 year before TNN Contracting was hired for the job of replaceing the deck railing. Upon notification of this cease-and-desist, TNN Contracting pulled off the job immediately until a work order was re-instated. TNN Contracting also has a clause in their policies that states that the job owner/purchaser is solely responsible for all permits, licenses, zoning, and fees, and TNN Contracting will not be held liable for any negligence or lack or responsiblity in this or any other stated or implied process. TNN Contracting and owners are not con-artists. Mr. Randy Adams also (of that $6000+) provided $2450.00 in credit toward vehicle purchases that were never received by TNN Contracting. This money is still owed at the present time (2-12-05). Also, Mr. Randy Adams has threatened of a lawsuit on TNN Contracting, but to present day, TNN Contracting has never received any paperwork or notification in the like. But be assured, TNN Contracting is covered for all bases and has legal documentation to prove that they are not at fault. TNN Contracting also has several letters of recommendation from other clients and has had several call-backs from clients to perform more work. After 16 years of service throughtout the south-east, TNN Contracting has only had 2 displeased consumers who used their displeasure to keep from paying in full because of lack of funds (either to TNN Contracting or another construction matter (i.e. building permits)). If any consumer wants any proof and documentation from us on our statements, please respond with an email, and we can copy anything you might want and email, postal deliver, etc... to you.
