A week before christmas I ordered a Tobi steamer for my daughter for a christmas gift, funds were limited I could only give one gift this past year, so I decided wow that would make a great gift so I ordered it online. Well then the saga began

First of all they sent it to my house instead of my daughters, at that time I lived in Texas. I had just gotten an emergency call from my sister my father had fallen ill that was on 01/14/08 on 01/16/08 the Tobi was delivered to my apartment in Texas. I called the company to fix this situation but of course they did not or would not understand anything I was saying to them. I immediately sent it back unopen to the address it was sent from, that was the very next day 01/17/08. All this person on the other side of the phone was stating I will have to mail you a return label to you. I tried to explain the emergency situation to the Tobi rep and that I was leaving in 2 days for Calfornia finally he said if it was not opened to just send it back through the USPS and that is what I did.

Ever since then it has been cautic when I contacted them 5 days later to see if they received there product back, all they said was no, and you have to pay. I explained did you check with the company that sent it to me because they would have been the one that received it. I returned it unopened to the companys; warehouse that sent it to me. No we can't do that and you have to pay. They stated they sent another one to my daughters' address and charged me for another Tobi using my Visa card without my permission so now I have been charged for 2 Tobi's and no product. When I asked how can you charge me for anor one I did not authorize that. All that was stated to me was well we did here's nothing you can do about it and you have to pay. At that point when I requested information about the company here in the US they refuse to give any information, stating we are not allowed to give you that information.

All I want is my money back for the 2 Tobi's they charged to my account. My daughter never got her christmas gift i am so distraught over this all I can do is cry. Oh yeah I contacted there customer service via email and all they wrote was sorry abhout you situaion but you have to call customer service we can't help you either. I will never buy another product using my card again over the phone or over the internet as this company by illegally using my card without my permission shows me how easily they can do it and get away with it.

So if anybody reads this please don't order from this company they will steal your card and continuously use it with out your permission and get away with it. They have no US base agents that you can speak with nor will they give you the CEO's address hear in the US. Please someone help me!
